Douglas R. Vizzini joined our Company in 2007 as Corporate Controller and was appointed Assistant Company Secretary in 2011. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2012 and became Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer effective April 1, 2026.
Mr. Vizzini has over 34 years of experience, including over 19 years with our Company, over eight years with Deloitte & Touche LLP, and prior leadership roles at other public companies.
Mr. Vizzini holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
