Planned works

  • Planned works may include routine maintenance, system upgrades, or infrastructure improvements.

Tips for customers:

Emergency works

  • These events may not always allow sufficient time to notify customers.

  • Real-time updates are provided on our web portal.

After a service interruption

  • Once planned or emergency works are completed, normal service will resume.
  • Customers may notice air bubbles or sediment in the water, caused by air trapped in the pipes during repairs.

How to clear your water:

Run your outside hose or cold-water tap for 3-5 minutes until the water clears.

Important tips:

  • Avoid using hot water until your cold water is clear.
  • If cloudiness persists after flushing, contact Cayman Water for assistance.
  • Sediment or air bubbles are normal after maintenance and pose no health risk.
