Before you begin

  • No application fee required.
  • Accounts must be opened in the property owner’s name.
  • Contracts cannot be initiated without a Land Registry certificate.
  • Tenants should coordinate billing details with their landlord.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days for approval and 10 Business days for installation.
  • You will be notified by phone or email once your application is approved.
  • Notification will include service connection and meter details.
